As an industrial engineer, I have always been interested in selling technical products and solutions.

 

In 2003 I took over a small company that was active in electrical heating for the industry. Through a solution-oriented approach, we have grown the company into an international organization with 120 employees in production in the Czech Republic and with branches in Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary and India. We served customers from the USA to China.

 

Within this organization I focused on sales and marketing management, and also the international expansion of various business units and managing these global teams. In addition to this I managed the engineering and project teams for electrical heating applications.

 

Over the years I have improved myself with various courses in sales techniques, negotiation techniques and a mini MBA.
